Pros: $18+tax @ Wal-Mart, Easy to operate, does everything it's supposed to do just fine. Cons: My wife and I had an argument over the lyrics to that Carly Simon song.
After two years (to the month) our G

Coffemaker died a gurgling hissing death and now lies silent in the bottom of the dumpster. It was time to panic, for a morning without coffee is like sleep. A purchase was made, ...
Pros: under $25, makes great coffee, brews fast, timer, Cons: none- have not had a bad cup yet
My boyfriend brews at least two pots of coffee a day, sometimes three or four on the weekends, so we need a coffee pot that will stand the test of time. We have been very lucky with the 12 cup Black & Decker Coffee Maker. It has brewed ...
Pros: Programmable clock/timer; auto shut-off feature; quickly brews the coffee. Cons: Kind of a noisy brewing process.
Recently, my coffeemaker went to that great, percolating place in the sky, so I was forced to go out and search for a new machine. Anyone who knows me, knows without a single, solitary doubt, that I cant function without my morning coffee so it was ...
Pros: Timer, Safety Auto Shut-off, Sneak-a-Cup, Reasonable Price Cons: Dribbles everywhere when pouring, basket removal and closure is tricky
I love coffee but coffee makers do not like me! I have been through plenty of coffee makers through the years. None of them last very long due to our hard water, even with regular vinegar baths. Of course, this is not the fault of the manufacturer but ...
Pros: very easy to hear, comfortable fit in ear, good signal quality and noise reduction Cons: microphone sound too quiet, pieces sometimes fall off, buttons are confusing and inconvenient
I've had this headset for 6-7 months currently. I have it paired with a Blackberry Pearl 8100, and the pairing is easy with the Voyager 510. The signal with the phone is generally very reliable, enough that the phone can always tell when the headset is ...
Pros: Great battery life, simple operation, comfortable fit, good sound on the user end. Cons: WEAK microphone, painful to use power button.
I've been using wired telephone headsets for over 20 years, so it was natural that I'd move on to wireless when I upgraded my cell phone to a Bluetooth-enabled model a couple years ago. In that time I've tried a few different wireless headsets, but for ...
I bought this piece of crap and I just left it in the box. I was in the middle of remodeling my kitchen and I figure I would buy all new appliances. I TRUSTED THIS COFFEE MAKER BECAUSE IT WAS BLACK AND DECKER. So the remodel took A LOT longer then I ...
Pros: easy of use Cons: not sure if you will get it to work out of the box
Bought it yesterday. Easy to set up and looked very simple. First post was OK, but notice this morning there was water on the counter, but thought maybe my husband got happy doing the dishes and didn't get it cleaned up. Went to make the second pot of ...
Pros: comfortable with great sound quality Cons: none that I can think of
I used this device for two and a half years before I lost it at a football game a few weeks ago. I loved it because it's light, easy to take on and off, extremely comfortable (half the time I'd forget I was wearing the thing), and has great sound quality for both me and my callers. Unfortunately, I couldn't find a vendor in my area that carried it or else I would have snapped up a replacement.
I'd highly recommend this great little device to anyone needing hands-free connectivity.
B&D Design Lacks Consumer Friendly by labuelita ,Jun 26 '07
Pros: Auto-turn off. Cons: Spilling is inevitable.
Whoever designed this coffeemaker drinks coffee at Starbucks.
This is not a consumer friendly unit. It is virtually impossible to pour
water or coffee out of this coffee urn without spilling. Slow or fast
or even half-fast! Right handed or left handed.
In it's favor is an automatic shutoff in case you leave it on but
its too soon to have a second cup of coffee.
Our first black & decker coffeemaker was an under the counter model
which lasted over ten years.
I'm getting tired of pouring cups over the sink. I'll probably get
another brand and garage sale this.
Pros: Makes large pot of coffee in 15 minutes pause and serve feature does work great Cons: Program buttons at the base beverage can spill on them and they break mine did.
Water level on side not easy to view.
Clock not easy to view.
Pause and serve feature how ever works great.
Easy to fill and clean
Not a bad coffee pot just be careful not to spill anything on the buttons at the base.
black and decker coffee maker dlx900 by avjb ,Nov 05 '08
Pros: NONE Cons: lasted 6 months
DO NOT BUY!!!!! It leaks, the coffee carafe spills no matter how slowly your pour and it lasts 6 months!!! I called the company and they want a receipt. Like I have one after 6 months! I offered to mail pot but no way! This is the last Black and Decker named product I will buy. They sold their name to another company and this company's products are very poor. This is the second B&D coffee maker I bought in a year. Dumb me!
Pros: Looks nice. Found the buttons easy to use, small size. Cons: Terrible design for the pot, pours down the side of the pot.
I returned this coffee pot the next day after purchasing it. It says the pot is a no drip spout, well they are right it doesn't drip ....***IT POURS*** down the side of the pot as your trying to pour a cup of coffee. There was more coffee on the counter than in the cup. Also says it makes a wonderful cup of coffee with no bitter taste....wrong the coffee was bitter and I do not use cheap coffee and never had bitter taste with my old Betty Crocker machine ( which I used everyday for 10 years ) wish I could find another one of them.
I did like the size of the pot overall, it is not a big or bulky as some of the new pots on the market and had a 12 cup pot. I purchased the white which was nice and looked like it would be easy to clean. Didn't like the water system for getting the water on the grounds. Was still completely wet after sitting all day before I cleaned it to take it back to the store.
Anyway I was not very satisfied with this coffee pot.
Pros: None! Cons: I now be sceptical of all B&D products.
I recently purchased a DLX900 to replace a similar B&D coffee maker. First the clock ran about 16 hours in every 12 and second the carafe had a definite twist to the spout which made it only usable for a right handed person, of which I'm not. In other words; this was a sub-standard item which passed quality control in China and pawned off to the American consumer as a quality product.
WAKE UP BLACK AND DECKER. 3 STRIKES YOUR OUT by ronfx4 ,Aug 25 '09
Pros: AUTO TIMER/ AUTO SHUT OFF Cons: LAST ONLY 13 MONTHS
I HAVE PURCHASED 2 OF THESE COFFEE MAKERS AND THEY LAST ABOUT A LITTLE OVER A YEAR. JUST ENOUGH TO GO OUT OF WARRANTY. This is very frustrating. I only use the coffeemaker once a day in the morning. I have just purchased a dlx1050b. If this coffee maker quits like the last 2 I will be buying from a different manufacturer. I noticed that both coffee makers stop powering on.The light comes on but nothing happens. Both had the button controls on the bottom. This new one does too. I hope I don't have the same problem. I clean the coffee maker every month as the instruction suggest. I should not have to replace every 13 months.
