I should have listened to all the reviews who said this was the best car seat because as it turns out, my twins love their Britax seats! I first tried to save money and bought the Eddie Bauer 3-in-1 deluxe but I could not tighten the harness on either seat. Also, getting the thing installed tight enough so it didn't slide was impossible. So I took them back and bought two Roundabouts. They are so comfortable that my very fussy twin who has hated the car since the day he was born will actually now ride in the car without complaining. This really says alot about the seat. Even my husband, who is rarely in the car with the twins said "We should have bought the Britax in the first place!"

The harness is so easy to tighten and the car seat installs easily with the latch system. I didn't understand the great reviews about the padded crotch strap until I had the seats and now I understand. It's great to have especially for boys! I love the plush comfortable seat plus the cover comes off easily to wash. I highly recommend this seat!

We have used this carseat for almost three years now, continuously, with two different children, and it is hardly showing any signs of wear. It is so easy to install, and buckling up the child is a piece of cake. I wonder why all carseats can't be this simple yet sturdy. It really has been perfect for us.

As others have mentioned, the ability to wash the cover is wonderful. Carseats get puked in. The cover is removable and can be washed in the washing machine. The chest straps are also completely removable and can be washed in the sink. I was nervous about taking it all apart to wash it, but it was very easy to put it back together.

I've used this seat both rear and forward facing. The only downside is that it barely fit in our car rear-facing, so it may not fit in all cars in that capacity.

Cons: Only goes up to 45 pounds if you have a large child.

This carseat is worth the money. It has the highest safety ratings and is the easiest carseat to wash. The fabric cover is easily removed and can be placed into your washing machine. Additionally, the velcro on the straps and sides of the carseat make it easy to adhere the straps to the sides so that you can easily place your child in the carseat without having to search for the straps behind their back and legs.

I had read so many great reviews for this car seat. We bought it for my son when he was four mo. old and he is now almost three. We love this car seat! We have traveled quite a bit and have taken it with us wherever we go. It is heavy but it is very easy to attach in any car. It is by far the best out there and worth the money. He has always loved this car seat and our new addition will be going in it in just a few months. We move this car seat from car to car with ease and love that you can use it with latch or a seat belt. I highly recommend this car seat.
