Chroma Slim Apple Cider Vinegar, Caplets

Pros: inexpensive, easy to take, naturally occurring ingredients
Cons: I Can't find in stores. Used to be at K Mart

I discovered this product about 4 years ago. I had been taking an online diet program that I simply couldn't afford. I compared ingredients and found that Chroma Slim's apple cider vinegar matched closest. I lost inches (and pounds, too, although I was more concerned with the fat around my middle) slowly and steadily over about a 3 month period. There were no side effects for me. I now watch my weight and each time my weight creeps above a certain level, I go back on the Chroma Slim. I have noticed several other health benefits that I wasn't expecting. After all, I only weighed 125# when I started! (But I had a 40 inch butt and chest!) I am middle aged and had developed an irregular heartbeat which was frequently very disconcerting. It completely disappeared as did two small lumps in my left breast. I can only guess they were related to fat deposits in bad places. I am a retired RN, and I can tell you that I am sold on this wonderful inexpensive product!
