There are better and safe choices nearby

Pros: Close to I-270/I-70 junction. I only spent 1 night there.
Cons: There are better, cheaper, safer, cleaner alternatives.
Run-of-the-mill fleabag 3-story shoebox in an iffy area of town. Surrounded by low(er) rent properties and a sea of retail - much of it now defunct. Addition of a couch apparently creates a 'suite.' Bathrooms lack an exhaust fan. Floor of tub ...
