I had been through other 5 point harness booster seats with my other kids. With my 3rd boy, I was tired of the problems with them. They would fall asleep in the car, and their poor neck would hang until it woke them up in pain! So I went looking for a seat that would work as a booster, and yet could recline as well. I found only one at Walmart, and since we weren't really in the market to spend 300$ on a Britax we didn't look at the more expensive stores like Babies R Us. This seat is great, it was relatively inexpensive, reclines, has arm rests that go up and down, adjustable 5 pt. harness, adjustable holder for the seatbelt when used as a booster, attached cupholder and much more! My son loved this seat, and now we are using it for our little girl as well. The fabric has held up nicely. It comes off fairly easily for washing and it looks great still!

Cons: It can't be used as a rear-facing seat.

We bought this car seat for our daughter, and we use it in my husbands car. this is one of the best seats I have ever had! My daughter loves that it has a place for everything! There are so many pockets, and she even has her own harm rests, just like Daddy does. It also matches the interior of my husbands car really well. The buckle has a puzzle lock, which is excellent! This is one of the few car seats my daughter has yet to figure out how to get of yet! I would really recommend this carseat, it is worth it for the money! I would definitely recommend this, in fact I want to buy another one for my van!
