Does it clump? NO! Is it waterproof? NO! Is it good mascara? Well it depends on the person.

If you are looking for a waterproof mascara, then this isn't it. I bought Cover Girl Remarkable Washable Waterproof Mascara because I have allergies and I need something that won't wash away when my eyes tear up, but I also need something that isn't hard to come off. So naturally I thought that this was the best mascara to choose, little did I know at the time that it isn't really waterproof. If you go in water while wearing this mascara or if your eyes tear up, it will come off very easily.

Don't get me wrong though, if you just want regular mascara that doesn't clump, then this is wonderful. During my non-allergy months, I am going to wear this mascara. But for those of you who suffer from allergies, I recommend that during allergy season, you try some other brand.

So while it isn't the best Waterproof mascara, it is wonderful with separating and darkening your lashes leaving them beautiful and perfect every time you use it.

This is a decent mascara for the dollar. But I'd only say decent. There's better out there. I don't typically need the waterproofing, so I didn't test that out much, BUT the actual mascara is very thick and it clumps easily on the lashes, particularly if you apply more than one coat ~ you'll end up with those triangular clumps. I do like the large wand, it has a good curve to it.

I decided to try this mascara based on the other reviews here, however, I totally disagree. I used it for the first time this morning, first curling my lashes as I always do. Then, as soon as I opened the tube and saw that gigantic brush I knew it wasn't for me. Plus, the mascara on the brush was all gloppy. But I went ahead and scraped the worst of it off on the opening of the tube and applied it. So-so application, needing separation with my I-Lash comb. Put on another coat, remembering that one reviewer said that that was when she noticed it really made her eyes pop after the second coat. Saw little difference between one coat and two except that it made my lashes lose the curl I had just put in them, which I really need to open my eyes up. Oh, well, it's not for me - I'm returning it to Ulta since they allow that. I'll go back to my waterproof Maybelline Lash Discovery as long as it's around.
