Not worth the money

Pros: easy to use. nice push the button and not worry.
Cons: pain to clean. plastic breaks inside. 
I loved the idea of this machine and yes it is nice to push a button and have to do nothing other than enjoy your drink but cleaning is a problem. I have had to get replacement MACHINES twice as it has broken while cleaning. Customer service is very helpful and I think I know them all by name. Even had customer service walking me through it when the part was stuck, how to unstick it and it broke...  2 years, on third machine. Use everyday several times. Best if used with distilled water.
