Pros: Compact & light, Bright LCD screen, and Skip proof. Cons: Adequate earphones and hold button hard to actuate.
I had been a Mini disc fan for couple of years, when Apple Computers came out with their iPod Mini. Just about every MD forum in the Mini Disc community wondered how Apple's entrance into the portable music player market would impact the entire music ...
Pros: Great printing
Dual paper inputs
Large ink tanks
Option to print on cd's Cons: Very slow duplex printing
No USB cable included
My hp 7760 was getting long in the tooth. Actually I was getting bored with it and decided to get a new printer. A poor reason but what the hey. I looked through all the printer reviews I could find and the ip4300 seemed, if not in the top 3 spots, at ...
Pros: Nikon quality, superb image quality when used with better AF-S glass Cons: Tiny lens selection since it only works with AF-S lenses
An Upgraded Disaster Well, Nikon must believe in the D40 because now they've upgraded the sensor to 10 MP. Beyond that the new version also offers a lower ISO setting of 100 and a slightly faster frame rate of 3 FPS compared tro 2.5 FPS. Physically ...
Pros: Quiet, Extremely efficient, Totally destroys the documents,CDs, credit cards etc. Cons: The cool down time(20 min)..needs a larger garbage basket.
I've only had the MS450Cs for about 2 weeks now but it is fantastic. It shreds so fine that no-one could put it together even with a microscope. I bought this to provide the extra security that my old strip shredder wouldn't provide. It is much better ...
Pros: Small, Lightweight, Long battery life. Easy to use. Good looking. Good sound. Cons: No video support. No bundled charger. Software must be downloaded.
NOTE: Epinions has mis-classified this review. I wrote this about a second-generation iPod nano. I don't know why it is being listed under a shredder. I have informed Epinions, asking them to correct the mistake, but they have ...
Pros: Plenty: Price. Quality of printouts. Duplex printing. Dual feeder. Prints on different paper sizes. Cons: CD printing is disabled in US units.
I selected the iP4300 based on reviews. I purchased it at my local Office Depot. I had heeded the advice of other reviewers and gotten a USB cable; the printer comes without a printer cable. Printer setup and driver installation were all ...
Pros: INCREDIBLE PICS.. you want a camera for great pics.. Cons: weight, learning curve(?), initial expense
This has options.. omg sooo many options. The more I started to learn, the more scared I got.. adjusting speed.. I dunno how to do that. But, the good news is if you know how to do that.. it allows you to adjust that. If you don't, like me, you can still ...
Pros: Lightweight camera, beautiful pictures, sharp lenses Cons: small viewfinder and only 3 focal points
I just bought this camera from Costco and love it. Came with the 18-55mm and 55-200mm Nikkor lenses. VERY easy to use and allows for beautiful pictures. Basically, Nikon is trying to give the beginner a medium to use that is novice-oriented, yet ...
Pros: small, no skipping, great for the gym Cons: bad ear buds
I received this as a Christmas present from my mom and dad. My work van that I drive during the week, doesn't have a working radio. I only keep the left ear bud in so I can listen to my radio, that is the form of communication we have between the vans. The main problem I have is the ear buds. I have bad ears, and I find that the ear buds rattle my ear drums to much that it almost hurts. I went and bought my best friend one for her birthday last week. She loves it also. There are no complaints. I had a major problem with the battery when I got it. I would leave it on the charger for three hours, and it would only charge about a quarter of what it was supposed to. My mom called customer services, which were very helpful, and they took her step by step. Before it would run down within two hours, and now I haven't charged it in five days, and still has almost 2/3 of battery power.
Pros: Extended battery life, color choices, aluminum-coated protection, brighter screen Cons: Battery life still isn't all Apple says it is
The second generation Ipod Nano is a HUGE improvement over the original. Upon its first release, this cute item's flash drive-based memory and smaller size made it the perfect companion for that special person always on-the-go. The issues plaguing the first generation (mainly the lack of screen protection and less-than-stellar battery life), fortunately, have all been eliminated on the newest version. The bright colors it comes in also helps its likability, the new aluminum coating protects it quite well, the screen is six times brighter and the extended battery life has been much improved upon. For people who don't want to risk taking their Ipod Video out and about, this is a perfect item for them.
Pros: crisp clear sound....4gb holds lots of music Cons: 8gb holds even more music....but who needs 2000 songs!
The 2nd generation 4gb ipod nano is a MUST HAVE for the holiday season. I purchased mine from the ipod apple site the day after thanksgiving and got a GREAT deal! it was
$179 and free engraving on the back!ALSO FREE SHIPPING! The sound quality is the best I've ever heard and the color (pink) is so vibrant! These Ipods keep getting better. I have the first generation ipod as well, but I was only a 1gb. The 4GB holds much more music and photos on it. the older one is much bigger and uglier.. ha ha but thes 2nd generation ipods are AMAZING! I recommend you get one asap!! its good for the car...home...work....at the gym...when your bored,,,,its just great..... or if you want to give it a few months or a year they might just come out with a better one....maybe 3rd generation ipods? only time will tell, but if not then you better get them while they are hot!
Pros: Great starter DSLR, enough lenses at this time with more to come. Cons: Did not come with rear LCD clear screen protector.
I bought this camera after a lot of thought and study. It was the old toss up with the canon eos400 and the Nikon D40. Then the D40x was released and I could not be happier. You will get so called pros bagging it due to lack of lens choice, they are having themselves on as this camera is a starter/mid entry point for DSLRs. If you already have a stack of lenses for SLRs then you will be looking towards the higher end of the scale not a starter. This camera is a joy to use is un-complicated straight forward but with enough manual options to get yourself involved in rewarding photography.
Pros: Very easy to use; simple to begin using without having to learn alot. Cons: I've had my camera for 2 weeks now and thus far have absolutely no complaints.
I as an amateur photographer recently agonized over which digital SLR to purchase; after speaking with several professionals/salespersonnel I finally decided on the Nikon D40x. I have been extremely happy with my purchase. The camera is very easy to use and the quality of the pictures can't be beat. There are several advanced features that I look forward to learning more about. Overall in my opinion this is the ideal camera for someone wanting to advance from a point-and-shoot compact to a digital SLR camera. Would HIGHLY recommend this, and I am not receiving any compensation of any sort in making this recommendation.
HUGE jump from point-shoot by photo36hobby ,Aug 22 '07
Pros: the quality to price equation Cons: slower than many DSLRs
HUGE jump from point-shoot
The D40 for the price is the best deal out there for a starter DSLR. For about the price of a better point-n-shoot you can buy this DSLR & WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!
Real photogs will be up in the $2000.00+ price range for their units & that's fine; but for an easy to use, quality family camera this model is awesome
Pros: Tiny, 1000 songs! great headphones! Cons: Can't think of any!
I purchesed my ipod nano 4gb off ebay for about $150.00, yes i know you may be shocked that i found one for that low but they are all over the place. i love using my ipod! I switched from using a wana be ipod to the real thing and am very satisfied with my purchase thus far. The one and only problem that I have with my ipod is it randomly goes wacko on me and woont let me do anything. The first time this happened I went to google and searched how to fix this problem and it worked! I love how the 2nd generations are made of alluminum and not the easily scratched plastic/glass looking stuff that they used to be made of. I have dropped my ipod several times and nothind has come of it. I like to look at all my pictures on this amazing device, the screen is very clear and very bright. The click wheel feature is my favorite part of this whole device. I can easily search through thousands of songs and hundreds of artists with the turn of the little wheel. but yea that is my favorite part!
