Pros: Doing a great job in massaging the bottom of my feet. Cons: When your feet are right over the metal balls your legs & feet move.
I tried to put my feet right on top of the balls and it was hard to keep my legs and feet still. I put the outsides of my feet on the non-moving part of the machine and let the balls massage my arches, and it is working fine. The metal balls do give a nice massage. As for breaking, I'll have to keep you updated when I have had it longer. I have actually been doing it now (while on line) for about a half an hour with no problems. I feel it is actually helping sooth my feet and arches. -The job it was ment to do.
