by jeavinl jeavinl is a Top Reviewer on Epinions in Kids & Family, Epinions Most Popular Authors - Top 500, Mar 19 '06
Pros: small size, individually wrapped, taste good
Cons: fall apart, little nutritional value, expensive
In an effort to get my daughter to try different foods, I decided to buy a box of these fruit and cereal bars. I figured they’d be good as emergency snacks that I could keep in the car or in my purse. It’s sometimes hard to nurse her in public, ...

Sweet Toddler Food from Gerber

by Bryan_Carey Epinions Most Popular Authors - Top 10, Sep 18 '06
Pros: Kids like them; Decent nutrition for a snack: Kids can feed themselves
Cons: Crumbly; Too small; Too few flavors to choose from
Now that my little one is a toddler, I no longer have to rely on baby formula and jars of baby food as the sole sources of nutrition. I can feed regular people food or I can serve some of the baby foods that are specifically made for children who have ...

Pros: Oatmeal, real fruit, nice toddler size

This Grandmother Doesn't Need Convenience

by fresca , Mar 18 '07
Pros: Individual size, convenient
Cons: Messy, Fall apart easily
I enjoy feeding my grand daughter. But now that she’s getting older she’d rather feed herself. If I hold a banana she’ll bit from it. If I peel an apple she’ll make short work of it. I want her to try new foods, tastes, and experiences. ...

by listerboo , Mar 18 '06
Pros: I dunno...convenience? At least they're not pixie stix...
Cons: More expensive than half a nutrigrain bar hydrogenated oils and high fructose corn syrup!
Okay, maybe I'm just cranky about nutrition, but Moms, we can do better than this! Gerber, YOU can do better than this!!! The miniature fruit bars are cute and look like a scaled-down nutrigrain bar. I wish I could tell you more about the eating ...
