Pros: Polite Service, Clean Rooms. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION Cons: Paying for parking and generally over-priced.

The convention center is across the Trolley tracks and you are in the GasLamp with many restaurants and stores.
The building is relatively new and in pristine shape.
