Newly renovated, not cheap

Pros: Clean, large rooms, good location, great off-season rate.
Cons: Slow check-in, surcharge for pets.
This is The historic hotel in town. At one time, I gather it was pretty run-down. New owners, and they are in the process (May, 2008) of renovating. Our wing was done, and very nicely. Large room, nice fixtures, fridge, microwave, large screen TV, good ...
