Jenn-Air JDB1095AW 24 in. Built-in Dishwasher

Pros: Looks good but that's it.
Cons: everything else: malfunctioning touch pad, noise, wet dishes, etc.

We bought this washer literally 1 year from when it started giving us problems. The first issue was the handle that became looser by the week. Then the control panel started malfunctioning and when we replaced it ($60 later) it only took 3 months for the second one to start malfunctioning again. I'm a do-it-yourselfer so I was originally not too bothered by what we thought was a minor fluke. Turns out that the control panel is seriously flawed in the design. Now for the cleaning part: I can't remember a single time when the dishes ever came out completely dry (even on the heated dry setting). The amount of noise is probably comparable to a machine that costs a couple hundred less then this one did. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this one. In fact, stay away from all the Jenn Air products. We bought the entire line at the same time and have been less than satisfied with any of them.
