Pros: BPA free, easy to carry, company answers questions quickly. Cons: A bit of a metal taste and smell at the beginning, heavy.

Kleen Kanteen-Unpleasant smell and taste

Pros: Very nice black glossy finish. $20 price tag OK. No worries about BPA.Light weight. Cons: Smell and taste will almost certainly force me to look for a refund.
I purchased this item yesterday. I washed it a couple of times then tried it out.
The smell, while drinking, was a strange cross between metal and enamel paint. The taste of the water matched this.
I want to stop using polycarbonate water bottles and this was to be my solution.
