Pros: Dries well. Good cycle selection.
Cons: No major.

This has been a good dryer for me. You can customize the cycles which is nice -- you can set it to periodically toss the clothes after drying to prevent wrinkling until you are able to retrieve them from the dryer. I did not purchase the drawer the go underneath but used the space on top for my basket. Beware that the finish on top can scratch fairly easily. Otherwise, great dryer -- no problems.

I purchased this dryer from Best Buy. IT has never worked! First the heat pak was replaced, did not fix. Second the heat pak and the control board were replaced did not fix. LG customer service is terrible, rude, mean, and uneducated. Avoid dealing with LG at all cost. The dryer still does not work (no heat whatsoever) and LG will not replace. Customer service has repeatedly told me that LG has sole and total discretion in how to deal with this. They ahve repeatedly told me I have no rights whatsoever!

What a nightmare!!
