Pros: Slim design, quiet keys, White lighted, good tactile feedback Cons: Somewhat expensive, F1-F12 keys light up secondary function only, average key travel (laptop)
Keyboards have come a long way and while some swear on the traditional boards with more key travel for better feedback, the widespread laptop design (small travel) is increasingly accepted. Logitech tries to strike a balance between the two with this ...
Pros: Sleek design, adjustable backlighting, great feel Cons: Narrow palm rest, little ergonomics
The Logitech Illuminated keyboard will actually make you proud to own one. It's sleek design and beautifully lit keys makes it look sexy day and night. I get excited to work at night in complete darkness just so that I can enjoy how great ...
Pros: Good backlighting. Laptop-style keys. Backlighting adjustable and doesn't light the whole room. Scroll lock gone. Cons: F1-F12 keys get the shaft. Support legs look flimsy. CAPS/NUM indicator very indiscrete.
I needed a keyboard to replace my 6 year old Logitech Desktop Ultra-X keyboard (slim keyboard with gray body and black laptop-like keys with ultra fast response) because of failing keys. I also really wanted a back-lit keyboard. Even though I ...
Pros: Keyboard tactile response Key layout Lighting Overall look Plug & play - no sleep/wake problems Cons: Keyboard is a little lower that expected No wrist wrest F-key lights icons, not number
I've been through many keyboards over the last 20 years - clickity mechanical behemoths like the old IBM (PC and AT versions) to the soft, understated original Apple Mac II keyboards, to all sorts of Microsoft, Logitech, and Keytronics ...
Logitech product of the year 2008 by alee14 ,Jan 26 '09
Pros: Looks awesome (especially in the dark), slim, silent, low profile keys, fantastic typing experience. Cons: Quite expensive. None from the technical side.
I switched for this piece of technology after a few year use of Logitech Ultrax Premium keyboard. It simply takes the typing experience to the next level. Keystrokes appeared to be more silent and softer than the Ultrax. Key illumination enables you to type in the dark, no additional light source required. Loved to looks of the product, especially glowing in the dark part. Overall, the keyboard feels like a true high quality product.
Bottomline - that's the most convenient keyboard I ever had my hands on. If you can afford it - go for it, and don't look back :)
