Our phone went from bad to worse

Pros: Talking caller ID, handset speakerphones.
Cons: Keypad sometimes unresponsive. Handset volume control stopped working.
We were sold on the features of this phone and even though we had had unfavorable experience with AT&T products in the past we decided to give it another try. The feature that sold us was the talking caller ID. As advertised you can make a short, ...
