Pros: Easy billing and ways to take your money. Cons: Tech Support, Executive Leadership, and Customer Service are rude, arrogant, and not customer-friendly.
I was a happy Lunarpages customer until the other day. For 2 years this company provided consistent uptime and speedy servers. The main issue lies with tech support of any kind. Lunarpages does not advertise wait times and then blames customers for ...
I have been hosted with Lunarpages for a little over 2 years now and I can say with complete confidence that they are one of the best in the business. I have experience with other hosting providers, but none have provided the consistently helpful, quick ...
Pros: No encouraging things that I can say about their service. Cons: no 24/7 customer service - very bad phone customer service
To be honest our company never got to use this host: After not receiving a log in and password for the cpanel in the promised 1 busin. day, (we gave then 2.5) we wanted to find out why; we looked for a way to email customer service from there website - ...
Pros: Their plan offers the most features and bandwidth for the money. Cons: Frequent outages. Minimal tech support & customer service.
I switched to Lunarpages after getting poor service & excuses from Register.com. After switching to Lunarpages I got daily outages & no tech support or customer service.
If you want to kill your site fast use either Register. com or Lunarpages
Five star hosting service by omnicloud0321 ,Feb 27 '07
Pros: Flawless/knowledgeable/friendly support, flawless uptime, great user community... I can't list all the pros Cons: I guess they get so much business, their support is slower on busy days.
Ever since I started hosting with them, I've had responsive support, great site speed, great uptime, and have enjoyed poking around in the forums. The systems they use are user friendly, and not hard to figure out, even for novice webmasters. New website makers can start out their first paid hosting plans in so-called 'starter plans' with other hosts at the same price, sometimes more expensive, but Lunarpages (with their massive 250 GB Diskspace and 2500 GB bandwidth) will get you more than you could ever get with that money, whether you're a beginner or a pro webmaster.
Pros: Presales info, but since it isn't accurate, there are no Pros Cons: Unreliable service, no support, having settings changed without communication
We have had a Virtual Private Server account for about four months and have had the worst service imaginable. They claim to host the VPS accounts on redundant servers, yet without explanation lost everything on the account in a server crash. After they reinstalled the server, it was up to us to recreate everything from scratch, and the new VPS environment was not the same as it was before - licensing restrictions prevented us from setting up email and other services correctly. Tech Support ignores tickets and when you do get them to respond, they are clueless! They will also go in and change settings on your account without telling you!
