Took a simple technology and made it ridiculously complicated.  You are forced to upload Media Player, and comes with a mini install disc, which is useless if you have a laptop with a slot drive, and it's not plug and play.  I took it to work and loaded it onto my tower and the software didn't work.  My computer wouldn't recognize it and Media Player wouldn't sync to it.  I also tried to get the drivers online from Memorex's website but they do not support this product, nor to other third parties.  Thumbs down, waste of money and time.  
I took it back and bought a Craze 4G, plug and play.  No install disc, no player uploads, just put the toy in the usb drive and drag your songs into the file.
