Pros: Small, compact, good camera, good storage, sleek design Cons: A little touchy
Well...as every cell phone contract goes, mine was up. I'm part of my mother-in-law's family plan, and she had just replaced her phone with the Motorola W385 and loved it, so I got the same one. Yeah. Well... The phone is slim, though not so slim that ...

Pros: Slim, good reception Cons: USB limits doing two things at once with the phone, cheaply made, bad pic handling

Very disappointing Phone
by guru777 ,Jul 27 '09
Pros: Motorola Phone, Camera, flip phone, mini usb connector for data and power. Cons: small external screen, small internal screen, must rotate phone for callerID, external clock view strange
I bought this phone, because I really wanted to stick with Motorola, but did not have the money for a Razor. My service provider (US Cellular) only had two Motorola phones. This one and a razor, so I ended up with the Motorola W385. Trying to read the time from the clock on the front is very difficult, because the screen is so small and the time is wrapped onto two lines. All the default menu options making viewing the menu and the contacts very difficult. Sending text messages was somewhat unreliable. This may be due to service issues, but I have had the same service for many years. Only the phone has changed recently. The space button has changed sides of the keypad when compared to older motorola phones. Using the keypad is more difficult compared to my older motorola phone. I do not recommend this phone. Any one considering this phone should get a razor.
