Pros: Really, there are no pros to working with a company like this. Use anyone else Cons: Non-responsive to inquiries. Charge you even though you are no longer a customer.

Pros: I do not use them anymore. Cons: They are still in business.
This company should be shut down and the employees arrested for fraud and extortion. I used them to register my domain name and host a website in 2002. In 2003 my site went down and they had no answers for me. Only some guy yelling at me over the ...

Down for a week

Pros: There is nothing good about this company... Cons: Worst on the web... they don't respond and don't care.
I have had a dedicated server and reseller account with them for almost two years, but they have been completely down (offline) for a week now. Their uptime has never been very good, but they have never completely disappeared before. Nothing is functional except for their pages. Their voicemail boxes are full so you can't leave a message and they aren't responding to email. I guess they are defunct... although they didn't have a problem charging my account before the went down.

One of the worst experiences of my life

I've dealt with two dozen hosting companies over the years so I am an expert.
Hosted a reseller account with them because they were inexpensive. They were great for a while. But have control panel problems with Hosting Controller constantly and always refer the support to Hosting controller instead of fixing it themselves. Results in 1-2 weeks without features some times! Meanwhile, another host I use has the same problem and they fix things like this in a few hours. Something is wrong here.
In the end I went to my credit card company for a refund because I didn't get anything I would refer to as managed hosting.
At one point a year ago when myhosting controller went down and all of my sites were down for over a day I went to hosting controller support to try to see if I could get a solution. A netmart tech sweared at me and called me a jerk (I'm not kidding)
