Pros: Serious moisture for super-dry skin types; no clogged pores; unscented; soothing relief. Cons: Expensive in price; small tube.
How is it that a former oily girl with acne prone skin just a few short years ago can now be purchasing a moisturizer developed for those with super dry skin? Not only is time marching on, but I took a course of ...
Pros: Quickly adds a moisture boost, light and non-greasy Cons: Scent not as good as most other Origins products
Months ago, I received a gift-with-purchase from Origins. It included a couple of items that I had never used, one of which was Urgent Moisture. The jar said "instant relief for super-dry skin." The description conjured up visions of a...
Pros: pleasing, light scent, greaseless, the results are smooth and silky hands Cons: plastic tube is a bit thick making it necessary to squeeze hard; live with it!
As if two bottles of moisturizer on my bathroom shelf, another bottle and jar by my bedside, a pump bottle on my desk at work and literally about 10 more bottles underneath my bathroom sink weren't enough, now I've taken to carrying around a tube of...
I can admit, with the strength of one who knows their own demons, that I become puny in my resolve when faced with the most magical word ever to grace a product label:
Dry skin? Get Origins Urgent Moisture! by lc0620 ,Sep 09 '03
Pros: works VERY well and quickly, smells nice, very light Cons: NONE!
I get dry skin on my forehead because of the acne medication that I use and my friend told me that I should try Origins Urgent Moisture. I tried a tube and it really works! In just one day, my dry skin was already gone and it smells great. It is a little expensive but it REALLY works!
Origins Urgent Moisture by bratkat90210 ,Jan 30 '08
Pros: Never greasy and NO breakouts. Cons: I don't care about the cost it's for my face after all.
They have discontinued the product Urgent Moisture! I have written an
e-mail to the company at:
ConsumerCommunications-Origins@origins.com
and I hope you all do the same or better still call them at:
(800)216-7173. They responded to my e-mail this is some of what they said:
We are pleased to inform you that we offer a complimentary service to our
consumers called the "Gone but Not Forgotten" program. This program offers
consumers the opportunity to request a search for and potentially purchase
a product that has been discontinued within the last 24 months and to call them to see if they can be of help.
I use it on my face and it has been the only thing that really helps with my dry skin. I have tried some of their other products but all they do is make my face flaky and greasy. A lot of their new products have so many ingredients in them they make my skin worse. I am SO VERY disappointed. Has anyone else used it for their face? Have you tried something else you like now that it's been discontinued?
