DMR-E100H terrific product, great support
by thejaybird ,Jan 10 '04
Pros: Full function. Multiple choices for recording/copying media. Excellent Panasonic technical/operational 800 support. Cons: Takes some patience, focus and willingness to learn by doing - i.e. trial & error.
Bought Panasonic DMR-E100H online from Vanns for $799 ($400 below list). Product has many functions & records onto either HDD, DVD RAM, DVD-R etc. & let you copy from one media to another. The many functions make it fairly complex to understand but after one day and multiple calls to the Panasonic support center I have mastered it and tried all the functions. The Panasonic support line was terrific. I am delighted with the product at the price. I used CNET and FROOGLE to identify the lowest price at the time 1/3/2004.
