Pros: An abundance of activities for all ages! Best cruise food to date (our 11th cruise). Cons: Very slow embarkation and disembarkation. Small pools and poor layout of the Windjammer.
I was tickled pink when my son and his fiancee decided on a wedding cruise. After all, how much fun would it be for everyone who could attend to simultaneously enjoy a wonderful vacation. So, about a year ago, they contacted Royal Caribbean and started ...
Pros: The Navigator is an impressive ship geared towards more active families. Perfect for groups.
Cons: Although the service was great everywhere, the food was "hit or miss."
The Navigator currently sails seven night voyages out of the Port of the Miami, alternating between Eastern and Western Caribbean routes. I embarked on our Western Caribbean voyage on Saturday, December 13, 2003. We experienced two days at sea and called ...
Pros: Great service, beautiful ship, good entertainment, never bored Cons: Only con was that we had to get off when it was over.
Embarkation Port of Miami The weather was overcast and rainy. At 11:45am we turned in our car at the Alamo office at the Miami International Airport. The cool thing about Alamo is they let us choose our car from any model in the category. We had ...
Pros: Activities galore, ship in great condition, staff bent over backwards to please, an unbelievable adventure Cons: 6 night itinerary and time in some of the ports was too short!
RCCL's Navigator lives up to the reputation created by the Voyager class of ships. There is something to appeal to everyone. It is a beautiful ship with contemporary decor and artwork along with a caring and entertaining staff. This was our family's ...
>>>OVERVIEW: Navigator of the Seas is an overall great boat. It is fairly new-- only a couple years old and is very well-kept. The crew members are extremely friendly and take pleasure in serving you. The ports are also excellent. The western ...
Pros: Saturday to Saturday cruise, allowing Sunday for some recovery. Cons: I can't think of any cons to this cruise.
Royal Caribbean - Navigator of the Seas March 5th-12th, 2005 This is my second cruise. It was me, my fiance and two other couples. My fiance and I went down to Florida early. We arrived in Ft. Lauderdale on Wednesday the 2nd, rented a ...
Pros: Embarkation process, courteous staff, huge ship with lots to do Cons: Slow elevators, bad production shows, food could have been better
This was our very first Royal Caribbean cruise and I’m sure will not be our last. We booked this short 4 day cruise for a quick getaway. The cruise left from Port Everglades, Fort Lauderdale, Florida, then headed out for a day at sea, followed by a ...
Pros: Nice impressive ship. Lots of things to do. Cons: Multiple sales pitches; extra cost to do things onboard.
The cruise was to the Eastern Caribbean ports of San Juan, Nassau Bay, St. Thomas, and CocaCay (normally it's Labadee when Haiti isn't having a coup). Embarkation: Flew into Miami from Houston on American. We arrived at the port around 10:00 am ...
Pros: The ship's beauty, layout, artwork, and service. Cons: Not enough to mention here.
This review will not be extremely detailed, simply because most other reviews tend to cover all of that. Instead I'm just here to express my opinion of our latest vacation with Royal Caribbean on Navigator of the Seas. This was my 12th cruise with ...
Pros: EVERYTHING! So big it should have its own zip code and parliament. Cons: Once you leave the Caribbean, the Atlantic Ocean can be rocky
We embarked on a 7-night Eastern Caribbean cruise aboard the Royal Caribbean Navigator of the Seas, and how much crusiing has changed since the last time I went....which was basically a shuffleboard court on a canoe. - Eastern Caribbean Ports of Call: ...
Pros: Classy, good service, tons of food, great drinks, larger than expected cabins Cons: Quite windy on open decks some days, not all-inclusive,
Just kidding. The Navigator is no dingy, by any stretch. It has got to be the most incredible floating hotel resort in the world.!! My wife and I have stayed in the Dominican Republic on all-inclusive holidays the past two years, so this year we ...
Pros: The Crew and Staff go out of the way to make you feel special.
Cons: the only con I can think of is this trip was not long enough.
Now that we are back and trying to get everything back to normal. I will try to write a small recap of what we did and where we went. We departed Miami Florida on Saturday the 10th of May aboard Royal Caribbean's newest and largest Ship ...

I just returned from a five day Caribbean cruise on RCI. I will never go again. I will quickly ramble on about my time on the Navigator of the Seas. The shows were pretty much corny, but sometimes I did find them amusing. Parts of the ship had an odor ...
Western Caribbean on Navigator of the Seas by captain_rancor ,Aug 14 '05
Pros: Great for families. Great staff. Great food. Lots of very unique activities. Cons: Single women over the age of 20 were virtually non-existent.
I took my 9 year-old son on this cruise and it was really an incredibly beautiful ship. I have been on several cruises and used to sell them in my family business and this ship is the nicest I have ever seen. As a 35 year-old single dad, I was extremely disappointed in the lack of single women on the ship my age though. The ship consisted of primarily married couples with teenage children. However, there were also plenty of kids my son's age and plenty of programs for him. I can't stress enough how perfect this ship would be for families, but I'm not sure if I'd go without my son. The food was almost always exceptional, but on the very rare occasion that the food wasn't good, it was really bad.
