When my son was 9 months, he was walking along the furniture and finding anything to hold him up, but not much could. Unfortunately, most walkers I had tried would just tip over. Then we tried the Elmo Mower. It has a big heavy base that kept my son upright (no wipe outs=no tears). It also has an adjustable bar for beginning and advance walkers. Not to mention the cute Elmo who pops up and down on the front. Sure it may look simple, but it kept him entertained for long after he learned how to walk on his own. Side-by-side mowing the lawn with Daddy!
We bought it in 2000 so it is pretty worn out now. Even in it's condition my 8 month old daughter loves it. Now my only problem is where to get a new one?!
