I have the R-510EK which is black. Within 2 years of buying this appliance, the display is missing segments and Sharp will not sell parts for it. Now it comes on, for no reason, when the door is closed. I found a place that would sell me a new control, but he wants $129.00. I paid only a little more for it when it was new. I guess this is how Sharp's strategy. Make an inferior product and overprice the replacement parts.
