Pros: the blanket itself does not pill Cons: Everything else.....including manufacturer warranty
this blanket is not only the worst blanket i have ever owned, but there is absolutely no warranty, as stated. try calling the 800 # and you will only to get voice mail, and never a call back. the transformers get very hot, and one has burned out...we will just freeze this winter because the manufacturer will not respond. by the way they do not answer emails either. do your self a favor and purchase another brand. as consumers we should have some kind of recourse, but once again we get stuck with garbage, and our only recourse is the warranty which is useless.
