Pros: More bars in more places? Definitely true with Sprint, vs Cingular or Verizon Cons: Their service plan 100 minutes less than Cingular but otherwise comparable. Also offers no rollover.
My husband and I have been comparing family plans and we are going to stick with Sprint. I've been a Sprint customer for about 6 years now. For the first year I was not happy with their coverage, especially in my home town Cupertino, CA. I once ...
Pros: good selection of camera phones, nice staff, no deposit Cons: Dropped calls, spending limits, lack of phones w/o cameras
I have been a Sprint customer for 7-8 years. I like the service for the most part, but I also have issues with it. When I originally signed up I was a bit desperate for a phone and was just happy to find someone who would take me. Unlike other ...
Pros: FREE Standard Options on phone cell plans are worth it Cons: Bad and unfriendly Customer Service and Sprint Store personnel
I started using Sprint after graduating from college. Back then you had to pay extra for minutes, nights starting at 7, and roaming, which apparently is becoming standard. Living in Berkeley, I realized that roaming can happen anywhere even your very ...
Pros: Service okay, phones fine, music on hold is not too bad (I should know) Cons: Billing system is horrible, customer service is nil. You are not able to quit Sprint.
Sprint is okay for cell phone service. Coverage is good, they have good phones, blah blah blah. But if you ever need to quit, for instance if you want an iPhone, or you're moving, or you want to save money by switching to MetroPCS or whatever, forget ...
Pros: Inexpensive plans Cons: Lack of reliable service
I am currently a VERY unhappy Boost/Sprint customer. For more than 6 months I have had poor to no service, on both the voice and messaging platforms. When I call customer support to inquire about or report my problems I get an extreme; either ...
Pros: Sprint is more patient with late payments than Comcast, Mervyns and Walmart. Cons: Less coverage than Verizon. Poor customer service. Insurance is a joke.
I'm so happy my Sprint contract is over. I've been a Sprint customer for over 15 years, back when cell phones were the size of a shoe. Sprint always gave new customers the best deals and treated their long standing customers poorly. The employees in the stores were never helpful with getting me a more cost effective plan. I was lied to about a free phone I qualified for. Sprint said to me over the phone they'd only subtract minutes from my current plan with the second (free) phone and when the bill came I had so many extra charges I hit the roof. Then they wanted to charge me an early termination fee for shutting of the second phone. Sprint was very caring to find a better plan for me and offered a discount to me on several occassions when my contract was close to ending. Thanks but, no thanks. Oh yeah, If you're ever in the Almaden Valley traveling down Almaden expressway, watch your phone go to digital roam soon as you reach Mcabee and beyond. Not so with Verizon.
Pros: Far better coverage than att & tmobile Cons: Need to get more phones apart from pre and instinct
I have been living in south bay since 5 years, and over the period of time discovered that Sprint has the best coverage and least dropped calls than ATT and T-mobile. I had switched from t-mobile to iphone and was suprised to see that with ATT when me and my friend with same 3gs iphone sitting side by side one could get 4 bars and I was getting nill. The call directly went to voice message. Also, the data speed with Sprint is much far better than att. Just for the heck of iphone att has survived else it sucks..
