Strange smelling shampoo. by leskataus ,Apr 30 '07
Pros: Low price. Cons: Cheaper shampoo means more needs to be used for washing hair. Has strange odor.
I have found that in my personal experience, the cheaper the shampoo, the more I have to use every time I wash my hair. This brand is no exception. It doesn't lather up as well as the more expensive brands and I find that I go through a bottle more quickly. As a result, I think that I'm not really saving that much money by getting this cheaper brand. I recently tried Suave Herbal Care Lavender Shampoo and will say that I probably will not use it again. It looks pretty in the bottle and that's what originally attracted me to it. However, I wish that I had smelled it first before buying it. I just do not like the scent of this shampoo. I like most scented shampoos but not this one.
Pros: Before they changed their formula, Suave was the only shampoo I would use. Not anymore! Cons: My hair feels heavy and dirty after drying. Dries kids hair out.
After they changed their formula my hair feels heavy and dirty. They lost a long time customer! I would buy at least a bottle a week! Too bad.....
