This Sub-Zero Built in refrigerator integrates into my cabinets beautifully. I like the fact that I can have wood panels on the doors that match my adjacent cabinetry.

I experience excellent food preservation in the Sub-Zero, my food stays fresher longer. The ice-cubes never taste like food that has been stored in the refrigerator.

This refrigerator is truly the dream of anyone who appreciates a functional and beautiful kitchen. It blends and flushes with the kitchen cabinets to create a seamless design.

It is incredibly spacious and all the compartments make it all the more convenient along with the easily adjustable temperature settings. The food stays fresh and the freezer never creates freezer burn. I also love how functional the inside shelves of the doors are! They are large and tall enough to fit almost any bottle or large juice container. This makes the door rather heavy to open at times, but this only helps prevents the contents of the door shelves from rattling and falling when opening and closing the refrigerator.

Pros: Nice lines and like the layout of the unit.
Cons: Had three service calls...all major repairs on a new unit. Compressor, fan and ice maker.

We purchased this refrigerator based on our builder's recommendation. So far we have had three major service issues with this unit. We will never purchase a sub zero again!

Cons: A very expensive unit that is not reliable & we are unable to obtain satisfaction.

This unit was purchased a little over 4 years ago. We have had nothing but trouble from the day we started using it. We've had numerous repair calls with a variety of parts changed & the service people have not been able to repair the defect of this unit. The dealer we purchased this unit from, the extended service contract people & the manufacturer, Sub Zero have not given us any satisfaction. The extended service company is not living up to their contract & I feel their position borders on fraud. Sub Zero does not want to do anything to guarantee our satisfaction with this unit. Overall it is a great disappointment.
