Pros: Interesting Concept Cons: Saggy hot mattress sensation
We needed to buy a new bed, and after much research and consideration, we went to Brookstone to test the Tempur-pedic mattress. Long story short, we bought a King size mattress along with the foundation. It arrived on Nov 19, 2003. From the first ...

Pros: Bed is delivered and "set up" by delivery people. Cons: Sleeping on a rock would have been much more comfortable.
This bed is obviously not for everyone. Purchased the queen (mattress only), for a platform bed. On ...

Pros: Convincing advertising and warranty Cons: Terrible, gimmick.
What a gimmick! No wonder tempurpedic has to charge so much for their beds, they spend so much on advertising to make you think you will get the best sleep of your life. My husband and I bough this the celebrity mattress and foundation about a year ago ...

Pros: Nice and comfy in the beginning. Cons: Looses comfort over time.
Tempur-Pedic, memory foam bad. First of all why did I buy this bed? I don’t remember… . The memory foam is so thin it equals my short term memory. This bed is thick on empty promises and thin on relief for my aching back. The advertisements were full of ...

Pros: GREAT FOR A WHILE ! Cons: WANT A SORE BACK? GET ONE OF THESE !
The Tempurpedic is great!...for the first year or so, then the nasty truth rears its ugly head. The memory foam indeed rebounds back to flat when you're not laying on it but after extended use, the material softens up and you sink into a depression ...

Pros: Very Good for 2 years. Cons: After 2 years, way too soft.
Too good to be true. At first I thought I'd found the answer to my back problems. It was everything they said it would be - wonderfully comfortable and a 20 year warranty to boot!. Unfortunately it gradually became softer and softer until about 2...

Pros: I don't know of any Cons: You will ache and it only gets worse.
This was one of the worst mistakes made as far as throwing money out the window. I have the worst back and neck problems...i wake up every morning feeling 20 years older than my age. I have to run for the medicine cabinet and get aspirin. These ...

Pros: I could not find any Cons: very stiff, never softened up
I have seen all the commercials about Tempur-Pedic mattress, how great it is for the owners back, how it provides a better night's sleep, but this was not the case for me. I felt like I slept on hard sand when I received this bed. I would sit on it ...

Pros: I liked the mattress for three years. It does not shake you when partner turns. Cons: Mattress sags over time. The mattress surface under the body becomes abnormally warm.
I liked the Tempur-Pedic when we first got it. I even showed it to friends. After three years, the mattress began to soften. Two large valleys have appeared where my wife and I sleep. The valleys are now almost one-inch in depth. I began to feel...

Pros: Feels great for about five minutes, then you start sinking down. Cons: Tempur-pedic knows their product is faulty, because of the Warranty wording, can't prove it!
I have had a Tempur-Pedic for about a five years now. I weigh about 250lbs and my wife weighs 125lbs. After about two years I noticed that the mattress started to sag in the middle. THe memory foam would pop back up when you got up, but the foam ...

Pros: Seems that some people love this bed. It must be right for them. Cons: I can't stand this thing. Others seem also to hate it.
Needed a new bed and our friends raved about this great Tempurpedic mattress which they had, so we bought one. What a mistake. I hate this bed with a passion and will replace it with a conventional one once I get flush with cash again. My wife ...

Pros: Doesn't need to be turned like a regular mattress. Cons: Expensive, unsympathetic to injuries, couldn't get a good night's sleep on it.
My husband suffers from injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident 10 years ago, and we thought the Tempur-Pedic bed would be the answer to his discomfort at night. Wrong! First of all we ordered the 9 inch (firm) mattress. When we got onto it at ...

Pros: A comfortable mattress to lay on, support is excellent, really does feel like a cloud. Cons: Heat trap. Gimmicky advertising and marketing campaign. Heat trap. Heat trap. Heat trap.
Synopsis: The mattress is comfortable and pressure relieving, but every night at 3am I wake up hot as can be. The artificial material absorbs heat slowly and releases it even more slowly, meaning at 3am, even if I get up, the bed stays hot. This is my ...
