I've often had to resort to open mouth breathing as a result of my retarded inability to breathe through my nose. I've always been weird about the idea of a nasal spray. I knew I hated water up my nose. Why do it on purpose?

But a few days ago I just could'nt take it any longer. My throat was hurting so bad..I wanted my nose back! So I finally gave in. It was a weird sensation at first, but man I'm just so happy to breathe again.

The nasal drip is odd. But I'm sure some of you are used to it, or can get used to it. I've found that using a cough drop at the same time eases the drip.

Breathing in my opinion weighs out most cons.
