Well if you like to gamble that you will be lucky and never have a power surge at home, this is a great monitor. And if you do buy one make sure you at least get the extended warranties. Even though this monitor cost a mint, they have really scrimped on the power supply, high voltage circuit, and surge protection-it just isn't there! Repair costs are approximately one third the total product cost on average. Do it yourself repair is next to impossible since they don't stock any replacement parts or make their schematics readily available. Make sure you have a spare monitor!
