Purchased Zenith Plasma EDTV. Eight months the Plasma TV Developed a Vertical Black Line about 1" in width. My family has been without a TV now for 6 Months as LG gives us the Run Around and the promise of an UPGRADE. Still no Replacement they are stating shipping issues. I dont know about anyone else but i have 10 year old TVs that i had paid pennies for compared to the $1,800.00 i paid for this JUNK!
Customer service is lousy.

I have found my PDP to be worth every penny. THe menu is well thought out and easy to navigate. The picture is awesome and the sound is very good. I mated mine with an upconverted LG DVD player and just a basic HDMI cable with excellant results. The ATSC tuner is very strong and pulls in around 21 HD channels in the middle of corn country. I did have a service problem(power supply), but was handled in good time and no additional problems.

Pros: It was less money than their competition.
Cons: It wasn't worth what we spent for as long as it lasted.

Zenith 50 inch plasma TV made by LG. Our TV broke after a little more than 8 months of use. (Screen went black)It's now been 32 days and it still hasn't been repaired. Their cutomer service is lacking to say the least.
Poor product and poor customer service. Buy a Panasonic, Sony or Hitachi.
