Pros: Turbocharged engine, Flush headlamps, good gas mileage, V8 performance Cons: More expensive than the GT and V8 models. The Bottom Line: Decent performance combined with a great price tag.

Pros: Handles like a slot car, exciting turbo performance, collectable Cons: Bad air conditioning, engine smoked, a bit of turbo lag The Bottom Line: This is a fun car to own. It's considered a collectable, but still the SVO is a relatively unknown and under appreciated car.
I walked onto a Mazda dealership in 1992 after seeing a newspaper add for a medium canyon red 1986 Mustang SVO they had taken in on a trade for a new 626. The salesman asked me: "What's the deal with these SVO Mustangs?" I told him it was a 4-cylinder ...

Pros: It was my first car and fairly reliable Cons: I should have kept it and put the engine in because it had many years of use left
I started working at Sonic Drive Inn in my Sophomore year of school. I really wanted to have the freedom of not riding the yellow cheese bus because the other kids were starting to drive. I obtained my license at the early age of 15 and was ready to hit...
