Pros: Drives like a dream, and looks beautiful. Cons: Expensive, and a couple of niggling problems. The Bottom Line: If you like to drive, you must test-drive this car. Being behind the wheel on a twisty road is an absolute delight.
My beloved 1989 Accord was hit in August 2002. I had hoped to keep it for another year or so, but after the accident it was nearly a write-off (just bodywork, but it doesn't take much bodywork to write off a car that's only worth $2500), so I donated it ...

Pros: Great gas mileage, one touch windows, back up sensor Cons: 6 speed needs to downshift to get the R's up to 3500-4000 for passing. The Bottom Line: Buy this car if you like to drive. I drive to LA from San Francisco area just so I can drive it more. Corners like a dream.
The 330 is the best car I have ever owned. I have owned muscle cars, pickups and massively large cars and by far this is the most fun, luxurious and well proportioned. In the California Bay Area I bought the 2003 in 2005 with about 17000 miles. I was ...

Pros: Strong low and top end power
Finished look inside and out Cons: Options way too expensive
Too many options "needed" for $40K car The Bottom Line: Ideal package (330xi) so long as you are willing pay for options other manufacturers made standard 4-5 years ago.
This is a car we did ont need - but enjoy vey much. The Jettz GLX 5-speed which was replaced satisfied our needs - The BMW offers far more stability, handling, and added width for 4 people with no performance hinderance. Sport seats are great.

Pros: A great car for not too much money. An excellent buy. Cons: I can't think of any. The Bottom Line: Best buy for the under $40k models. A step up from the typical luxury imports from Japan.
First of all, I am not going to write about stats and numbers about the BMW 325, those can be found at edmunds.com, car magazines, etc. 1. The base price is at around $29 US, but most that are available are loaded and price will carry from the upper ...

Pros: Fantastic gas mileage, acceleration, rear leg and head room for car size, breaking, handling, looks Cons: Some problems with factory-defective parts, interior fake leather hard to clean, annoying break dust The Bottom Line: Overall this is a car with some factory defects to overcome, but in the end is worth it!
My wife and I have owned our 2003 325i now for two years and for the most part have no regrets on our purchase. I do, however, need to gripe a little about the several factory defects that have occured so far (three trips to the dealer and counting...). ...

I had to purchase this car used because my 2001 325Ci was totaled in an accident. I have 49,000 miles on the car and it is running great. Besides new tires I haven't had any major expenses to speak of. Like my old car, this one runs extremely smoothly ...

Pros: Nimble, agile, fun to drive, no service issues Cons: smallish trunk, cup holders in poor location, brake dust The Bottom Line: A great buy and a great driving experience, with no service hassles.
I've owned this car for 2 years now and have had no service issues to date, other than something caused by Mother Nature that wasn't BMW's fault (a colony of ants decided to make a home inside my ignition system, causing it to short out; who would have ...

While looking for a new car I drove the Acura TL-S, the BMW 325i and the Saab Vector. While all were good cars the Saab and the Acura just didn't do much for me. The TL felt like an Accord. It had a number of bells and whistles but I just didn't ...
