Pros: Virtually no busy signals, excellent service and support

Solid service.

Pros: Excellent service, excellent uptime.
Cons: Not the cheapest out there.
I've been using the Internet since 1989, and LavaNet is the first ISP I've ever paid for access. It's also the first ISP that's consistently been worth paying for.
