I have been buying Panasonic phones for the past 20 years and have always been impressed with design and performance. The only reason to get a new one is to update the features or in the case of my last purchase to get 3 handsets. Features include 3 handsets, good range, speakerphone, digital answering machine, caller ID, lost handset locator/intercom feature, remote answering machine access, etc. Got it at Costco with a nice rebate for ~$120. Mine is silver, so it's designated KX TGA230S.

Pros: Pretty, reliable, durable, great range, great speaker phone, great clarity.
Cons: Holding with your shoulder is a pain

I have owned this phone for about a year and a half and it is still running strong. It has been dropped, splashed on, spray painted on, and slept on and it still hasn't failed to turn on. The speaker phone works great! The Clarity of it is superb! The headset jack works fine! The button layout is great, and the 6 ring tones are awesome! The wireless connection to the hard wired phone base is very sweet! The only issues I have with my phone is that every once and a while it makes an odd static crashing noise every 30 seconds; however, seeing as my family has 3 handsets like mine, and mine is the only one that does it, chances are its due to some of the abuse that it has taken. Also, Sometimes It can be a pain in the neck (literally)to hold with your shoulder since the handset itself is fairly skinny.

Over all this phone is a tank with very little flaws. If your looking for quality, this phone is the way to go.

I bought this phone and I've had nothing but problems with it since! I strongly recommend if looking for a cordless phone and are considering this one....look somewhere else! It cuts off if you're on the phone for more than 20 minutes. If the battery doesn't have a full charge the phone will cut off. Thank goodness I have a back up phone because with all three handsets not working it's really a burden not to be able to answer the phone.

This is the real deal. Its a cordless phone! I think this because it gets long range and its very cheap only like 40 dollars. I would suggest you get this phone because it's sharp the color is one of its great features. Yes your most likely thinking yea all phones are black or white but the buttons on this phone are so fun to play with..
