by Stone77777 , Jul 10 '00
Pros: Great sound..low price
Cons: It wont do my laundry
I take my job as an epinionator very seriously which is why I feel compelled from time to time to tell dirty little secrets about whatever I might be reviewing at the time.

Deeper, Deeper, Deeper!!!!

by kevin30327 , Mar 18 '01
Pros: deep bass; easy to use; lots of power
Cons: limited inputs
This is a great sounding stereo receiver for the price. I got this receiver open-boxed with a 5 year warranty for $75. I think it's normally about $100-$150 if I'm not mistaken. Here's a quick overview:

Multi-room capability: Two...

Pros: this

Another winner from Technics (Panasonic's flagship audio component line), the SA EX110 was recently top rated among stereo only receivers by the leading consumer magazine. Whether you're listening to music sources like CD, MiniDisc or radio, or stereo...

Economical and Reliable

by cooper_bethea , Dec 12 '99
Pros: intuitive, excellent sound quality, economical
Cons: only 3 inputs, one a phono.
I bought my Sony receiver two years ago before I started college, and I've had no problems with this one since.

It comes with a phono input with ground- increasingly rare in new receivers these days- as well as a CD in, tape in/tape out, and...

Serious Sound For Less Money!

by lowdog420 , Jan 23 '00
Pros: affordable, trusted brand
Cons: None to date
There are many reasons I bought my Technics receiver, but it's mainly because I was using a Sunsui receiver Purchase in 1977. Mind you that's older than I am. So as my old stereo fell apart more with every song played through it, I started to research...

Good entry-level receiver

by timg , Nov 13 '99
Pros: Lots of power, well design.
Cons: Remote is glitchy
This is an excellent amplifier for listening to music. It doesn't have Dolby surround, only stereo. The controls are well-placed and easy to use. This receiver has plenty of inputs, but some of them seem to require a different input level. Maybe I need...

A great low-priced receiver

by awiitala , Nov 01 '01
Pros: Low cost, great sound, easy to use
Cons: Cannot use A&B speaker channels at the same time
I have been using the SA-EX110 for over a year and I'm glad that I purchased it. It is great for a basic home stereo system. I have it connected to a pair of Technics 200-Watt speakers and the sound is great. It has more power than I will ever need. I...
