This has been the most fustrating card company I have ever dealt with. When I was hit with a late fee - the customer service rep was willing to refund it. But it was not process on time and I was charged another late fee. I called back many many times and finally the charge was reversed. In the time all this was happening not 5 minutes did I hang up with customer service their collection department called me and told me I was late. I would have not been late if my account was origninally handled in a timely manner. There are way too many credit card companies out there - no need to deal with this one.
