Pros: Easy to refill, even when iron is hot. Lightweight iron is easy on the arms. Cons: Failed quickly. Hard to clean out steam chamber.
I have had this iron for 3 years. Just a few months into it, the adjustable steam knob stopped working. I get the same amount of steam regardless of the knob setting. Now, 3 years into owning it, it has started leaking badly around the screw opening to the steam chamber. It will cost more to fix it than replace it. I used the recommended water for my area (bottled spring water) and did all the recommended maintenance, but still failed. My Rowenta irons have also not performed well...they spit and drip water and steam is not very adjustable on them either. I will not get another Rowenta...period.
