Pros: Great for quick reading/ or while waiting in a doctor's office Cons: No depth in articles or information. You won't learn anything new in this one!
I found this magazine in the kitchen garbage before I had time to review it. Need I say more???

Pros: Great articles with a lot of information. Cons: None
I love Men’s Health magazine. One year I bought a subscription to this magazine for my husband as a gift. He enjoyed it but the bottom line is that he has very little time to read for pleasure.
Pros: Great on topics of health and fitness Cons: Cosmo wannabe
I spend a lot of time at the gym on the treadmill. Though beneficial, it can also be boring. So I usually grab a magazine from the stack and read the miles away. The magazines tend to be a conglomeration of already-read issues that members bring in....
Pros: Helpful stories and news on health and fitness Cons: There are only so many ways to get the perfect abs
Always looking for those perfect abs? Or how about bigger biceps? Want to please the ladies in bed? Not that Mens Health magazine will do these for you, but it is a good attempt to provide health and wellness advice for the active male. Its ...
Pros: Some entertaining articles and nice pictures. Cons: Maybe the magazine ought to be re-named to reflect what it's really about.
A couple of months ago, I subscribed to www.startsampling.com, which is a website that allows consumers to order free samples from different companies. Men's Health magazine was one of the free samples offered recently. Even though I'm decidedly ...
Pros: Practical, simple, straightforward, up-to-date advice about mens fitness. Cons: Watch out for the add-on special offers.
Hard bodies everywhere. That would seem to be the goal of Men’s Health Magazine. It’s decidedly a men’s magazine, but you ladies may occasionally want to leaf through it a the newsstand or steal away with your partner’s copy. After all, what’s life...
Pros: Has relevant articles about legitimate health issues for men Cons: Contains too many sexual performance articles
Over a year ago, I had a "deal" at half.com where I could choose several magazines for a free one year subscription. Most of the magazines I had never heard of before, but I thought that many of them would be interesting to my sixteen-year-old son who...
Pros: The lists are entertaining. Cons: Shallow at points; not very useful to me.
The world of mens magazines is festooned with glossy covers adorned with half dressed woman and mostly vapid content geared toward the more Neanderthal and or juvenile among us. In a world filled with Maxim and Stuff magazines, ...
Pros: Sports, Fine articles, Some very useful fitness advice Cons: Ads, Stupid diet advice
The last couple of months, I have lost seventeen pounds. While many would think of this as something to be proud of, I'm just glad I haven't literally kicked the crap out of someone. My nickname of ticking time bomb has returned, as my sharp temper is ...

Pros: Helpful articles for men's health Cons: There's always a guy with a 6 pack on the cover

Pros: A few good exercises, mentions prostate cancer Cons: Fitness routines that forget aerobics, more fluff than Twinkies
You have to love life’s embarrassing little moments. On a recent mission to the grocery store, I learned to pay more attention to the contents of my cart. As luck would have it, the cashier swiped a copy of the latest Men’s Health across the sensor...
Pros: Monthly targeted fitness routines, high-level explanation of dangerous fads Cons: Loses focus of the title: "Health".
I've become a bit of a health nut in the past three years. I was an overweight smoker, in a relatively sedentary job, and decided it was time to make a life-change. 70 pounds less, and feeling a heck of a lot better, I decided to try and locate a...
Pros: life-saving ideas, keeps you sane, like an older brother Cons: repetitive articles, at times
Men's Health is a great, informative read that caters to the Superman in all of us. You want to be in the great shape of your life? Men's Health basically steers you in the right direction by babying you to a better, healthier lifestyle.
Pros: Informative, Interesting, Relevant, Fun Cons: Cover Models Look Way To Toned
No more gleaning through Reader's Digest, the daily newspaper or Time Magazine to read about issues that matter to men. Men's Health has it all and in a format that is both entertaining and informative.
Pros: Excellent general health, sex and fitness information. Cons: A lot of ads.
THE SCOOP
I have had my Men's Health Subscription for 2 years now and I have really enjoyed it. I find the magazine in general takes a light-hearted look at working out, dieting and sex for the average guy. My only complaint with the...
Pros: Lots of great, practical tips on a variety of subjects. Cons: Ads and subscription cards, fashion tips a little expensive.
When I picked up my first copy of Men's Health (Feb 1999), I was a mostly clueless 24 year old with no idea why women wouldn't talk to me. I had seen it on news stands, but I always figured it was for body builders. I found that is not the case.
...
Pros: well written & informative Cons: occasionally too flip, near naked men on cover
I have been getting this magazine for over five years now. I will admit, I DO NOT read it cover to cover, but I do read a LOT of the magazine. As a man over 40, I find it very useful in many ways. I usually save issues for about a year or so (found...
Pros: Informative, helpful, important articles Cons: don't expect that body yet....
I have checked out plenty of male magazines in my (short) lifetime, and none of them have really seemed to cater to what I would like to read about. I really look for a well-rounded magazine that reaches and discusses many different aspects of life, and...
Men's Health, on the whole, is an excellent magazine for those looking to get in shape fast. Each issue suggests a number of both cardiovascular and weight-lifting exercises that will help its readers to get in shape. For the most part, the exercises...
Pros: good work out routines Cons: one issue looks the same as the others and it's not always pretty
I have never encountered a magazine that thinks less of its readers than Men's Health. When the magazine first debuted (back in the days when there were only six issues a year), I subscribed to it.
Pros: Interesting articles. Cons: Extremely strong smell from all the cologne and perfume advertisements.
"Men's health" magazine is a fitness and health magazine for any man. it has many different, interesting articles on foods to eat, workout programs to use, and problems with your body. In every magazine it has a decent workout program and...
Pros: Informative, interesting, useful, Worth the bucks Cons: only good if you use the knowledge provided
I started reading Mens Health Magazine because I wanted to find out more about the things that I could do on my own time to be a more fit and more healthy. The thought of spending the last 20 years of my life in a retirement home, maybe in a wheelchair...
I enjoy my subscription to Men's Health for a number of reasons. First of all, it provides sufficiently relative material for the modern man. If you're looking for stories or advice on fashion, women, sex, friends, hobbies, or the like, Men's Health is...
Mens health magazine is not only interesting but it gives helpful tips in areas such as working out and the all important sex subject. Each issue is very well put together with a balance of many different subjects and topics that men of all ages have to...
Pros: great workout tips, some interesting articles Cons: shallow worldview
I will be man enough to admit that yes I do read Mens Health. Even though we you used to make fun of one of my roommates in college for reading this magazine, I won't get into it. Anyway, I don't own a subscription I read this about once every two...
Pros: Great fitness tips, good for a quick read, it always has some useful info. Cons: Some goals in the magazine are unrealistic and not explained well enough.
I'm not quite sure where I stand on the Men's Health magazine. I say this for two reasons, one I am not a subscriber and have a limited frame of reference, and two, that limited frame has both really great things and really bad things.
...
Pros: content, stories Cons: too much advertisement, customer service, reliability
Men's Health magazine. That's what they call it. "Men's Health"...yes, I agree with this title. Magazine??? I would consider it more like a pullout in the Sunday paper. I had a subscription for a year (well actually less...they only sent...
Pros: Witty, fun to read, informative Cons: Sometimes offensive to women
Just to be fair, I should let you know I'm a woman who reads her husband's subscription to Men's Health. This magazine is so good I find myself hunting for an equivalent women's magazine! I also find myself hunting for THIS magazine, since my husband...
Pros: Coverage of wide subjects, tightly edited, fun to read Cons: Too many articles about beer guts and prostate cancer
Men's Health is the best all-around men's magazine there is. There are probably better fitness magazines, or better nutrition magazines, or better fashion magazines, but Men's Health has them all wrapped into one.
I have been a subsciber of Men's Health for almost 3 years and do enjoy it alot. It always has great articles about issues facing Men and the world today as well as trendy clothing sections, which every man should stay aware of. Men's Health also...

If you're overwhelmed by the prospect of all those men's fitness magazines staring you in the face, you're not alone. There are a lot of magazines that cater to all sorts of men...a lot of them. Stop looking if you don't take yourself too seriously,...
Think of it as Cosmopolitan for men! My husband has had a subscription for the past two years, and he reads the magazine on occasion. On the other hand, there is me. I read each issue from cover to cover, and am mightily entertained.
Pros: Informative Cons: A little on the expensive side
Men's Health magazine is an excellent source of information on Men's issues. Although the magazine focuses on fitness and health, it also dwelves into other men's issues including personal finance and sports. A subscription can be a bit more pricey...
Pros: Some interesting articles when it comes to male psychology Cons: as far as fitness, there are better resources.
... you own them all. Yet I feel compelled to keep buying it.
I will pick this up at the grocery store every once in awhile. I think if I took all of the covers and compared them, I would have an edition that looks like this:
Pros: great photos and exercise depictions Cons: not being able to instantly plaster those muscles on your own body
Are you male and want to feel healthy? Then "Men's Health" magazine is for you. Why, even looking at the pictures makes you feel robust and full of life, no matter whether you are a younger or an older male. You may find some photos and...

Pros: Easy reading, fun, good information, good pictures Cons: Unrealistic headings
I am an avid reader of Men's Health, but must admit that some of the articles seem a little farfetched. Sure, you can meet the astronomical goals that they tout if you spend hours a day at the gym, but realistically most of us will never meet the goals...
Pros: Great mix of humor and fact, fun but informative Cons: Tends to recycle weight lifting and athletic advice
Men's Health is definitely one of my favorite magazines. It focuses on, duh, Men's Health, but not simply weight-lifting like a magazine like Men's Fitness. It focuses on all aspects of health: physical, athletic, spiritual, sexual, and all other forms...
Pros: It delivers what the title says, full coverage of men's health. Cons: works to hard at being a Maxim type magazine.

This is a magazine that many womens magazines could learn from. I subscribed to Mens Health for my husband and let me tell you, I'm the first to read it. The writing is always informative, but at the same time funny. The sense of humor that the writers...
Pros: Miracle Diets? Better Sex? I Think Not! Cons: Weakens the strengths of individuals, and society.
This is a great scheme in feminising the male population under the facade of masculinity. This is for vain peer-pressured individuals that seriously need attention. It seeks to change people and that is bad. It is focusing on the weaknesses of society,...
Pros: Variety of information covered, un-biased reporting Cons: Only comes out once a month
If you've read any of my other magazine reviews, you know I subscribe to a lot of magazines, about 40 and Men's Health is my favorite publication, were I to have to pick one. It's always an entertaining read while being informative at the same time. I've...

I never ever thought about picking up Mens health. I just always saw the big muscle bound guys on the front cover and just never really had an interest in it. That was my first mistake. For some reason, I picked up this magazine and started looking...
Will someone please kick the editors, they seem to be stuck in a loop. I've subscribed to this magazine for almost half a year and every issue is exactly the same as the last. Granted, there are minor differences, but there are only so many articles...

In three years of reading Men's Health I have gone from a "casual fan," to a regular reader, to nearly evangelistic about how consistently good this publication is. It's fitness info without 80 pages of steroid ads, sex talk without the sleaze,...
Pros: COVERS A WIDE VARIETY OF TOPICS Cons: TOO MANY ADVERTISEMENTS
I've subscribed to Men's Health for several years now. It never ceases to amaze me how many "new" ways there are to get rid of that spare tire. The good thing about all these ways is that not every exercise works for every body type. The...
Pros: great way to learn about fitness Cons: don't know how much of it actually works
Looking for a great way to start caring about your fitness? Men's Health is just the means you've been searching for. With helpful advice on exercises, diets, and vitamin in-take, this magazine can help bring anyone into a healthy lifestyle.
Pros: Cheap cover price Cons: Honestly can not find any
The Men's Health Magazine always has excellent "Men's Health Tips", These tips are so helpful that I have been able to put my mind at ease over things I may have found wrong with my general health. All the way from headaches to testicular...
Many of the "Men's" magazines do not contain any useful information. They are written for muscle heads, snobs, teenagers, old men or are politically correct, or contain fluff articles that are not helpful. "Men's Health" contains...
I was a subscriber of the magazine for the past year. However, i could not wait till my subscription runs out. First 20 pages are filled with adds in the middle you will find some "unique or for subscribers of men's health only" set exercises that are...
Pros: Great work out tips, style advice, and life advice. Cons: Advertisements can be excessive.
I have purchased at least a dozen different work out magazines and have only subscribed to two. Men's Health and Men's Fitness, why because they aren't filled with roided up freaks, and advice geared toward the guy who is already 230 pounds of shear...

Pros: A wealth of info for the health conscious, very entertaining Cons: I wouldn't have a subscription if there were cons
If you really want to be healthy this magazine will teach you how to get there. I've had a subscription for years and always get a good feeling when I read through it. You have to be serious about getting and/or staying in shape to benefit from their advice. A lot of the articles are pretty entertaining which makes it that much better.
Be Prepared to Get Screwed by gerronimo ,Apr 29 '09
Pros: good, although repetitive content. Cons: screw you at every turn without your consent
I ordered this magazine and enjoyed it. The problem with the publisher (Rodale) is that they constantly send you books you didn't order, renew your subcription without your consent, and then turn you over to a collection agency. It's impossible to get them on the phone. They never respond to letters. It's a con game.
