Pros: Safe, stylish, reliable car. Cons: Too small for this price range. The Bottom Line: This car is really nice but if you shop around, you'll find a lot of cars are really nice at this price level.
I really love the style of this car! It is subtle, solid, and has a certain appeal that makes it look great without being ostentatious. Graceful might be a good word to describe it. This is not the boxy, unattractive Volvo of years past. It's really ...

Pros: Excellent for driver. Beautiful. Super controls. Cons: Rear room limited. The Bottom Line: This is the car to buy quality, safety and comfort are your concerns. If you need an ego trip of the BMW, Audi or Mercedes -- stay away.
After driving a 940 and two S80s (plus my wife's 40) I still had not found the Volvo of my dreams. Now I have. It is the S60. The 2005 edition, while on the surface similar to Volvos in the 60 and 80 series, seems to have taken every trivial ...

Pros: - Acceleration (T5), safety, reliability, style, color (Platinum Green), overall fun (manual trans) Cons: - ergonomics (steering wheel height), Rear seat room (For Adults) The Bottom Line: Great investment for a small family! Get the T5 and feel the thrust!
My wife bought this car for herself. It is slightly bigger than a BMW 3 series and slightly smaller than a 5 series. She LOVES it! We drove it on the German autobahn and routinely exceeded 125 mph, and felt like you were traveling closer to 80 mph. ...

Pros: Safe, stylish, intuitive, solid Cons: Safety front seats get time to get used to The Bottom Line: I am impressed by the intuitive and safe design. Volvo will sell lots of cars with their new style.
I sorely needed a new sedan and started looking around with my wife's help. Our requirements were that the vehicle had all-wheel drive (since I like the increased traction), excellent NHTSA crash ratings, side air bag curtains, folding rear seats, and ...

Pros: Style, safety features, solid / quiet ride, just the right amount of driving fun Cons: Radio, for a $37,000 car all radio bands should be crystal clear.
This car is one of the finest automobiles I have ever owned. The ride is smooth but you can still have a lot of fun with it on the back roads s well. The light pressure turbo gives you that speed rush when you ask it to kick in but you have to be careful because cruising at 80mph is way too easy. I looked at the BMW 3-Series but "everyone" has one of those and, although the S60 isn't voluminous,it has much more room for passengers and golf clubs than the Bimmer.
The only flaw in the car is the radio. Admittedly AM radio is not the chic media but in the Northeast WFAN - 660 and WCBS - 880 are mainstays if you spend time in a car. There is an annoying buzz in the radio while the car is running that renders the low end of the AM dial useless. The dealer says: "Volvo hasn't come out with a Service Bulletin yet so they don't know what to do.". I am still trying to get a resolution from a very reluctant service manager.

Pros: A stylish girl you can rely your life on. Cons: Mileage is just OK, not great.
I brought Volvo 2.5T months ago. Love it. Safe, reliable, reasonably sporty.
On top of that, I like the look, stylish but not rakish; and the service of Volvo dealership
