Pros: Drama, suspense, some romance
Cons: Not enough romance, too action packed

This is book 3 of Rachel Caine's outstanding weather warden series. While I absolutely loved books 1 and 2, I found this book a little less exciting than the first two. There was way too much focus on the degenerate teenager, Kevin, and not nearly enough focus on the romance angle between David and Jo. When they were together, the book sizzled. I found myself quickly reading to get back to the parts that had David in them.
