Pros: extremely lightweight love the bagless canister
Cons: very poor suction, especially on carpet

I got this as a 2nd vacuum to keep on one level of the house rather than having to carry the heavy one up & down. It is extremely lightweight - which is one reason I purchased it - but so far that has been the only advantage. It doesn't clean very well in my opinion, it just doesn't have the suction of my other vacuum. It seems to work better on hardwood, tile & vinyl, performs more poorly on carpet. I do like that it is bagless - much easier to empty a canister at the push of a button rather than dismantling a heavy vacuum to get to the bag. All in all I would not purchase this again due to the poor suction power.

Pros: light weight, retractable cord, heavy duty cleaner at a great price.
Cons: cannister does fill quickly so it must be emptied and filter rinsed often.

this really is the best vacuum i have ever owned. for the price i paid, it is wonderful. i have a dog that sheds year round and other vacuums just didn't seem to get up those short hairs. plus, this is so light weight that i no longer dread having to get it out. the cannister does fill quickly but to me it's worth having to clean it our a little more frequently because it does such an excellent job on my carpets.
