Pros: It looks nice, it is easy to use. Cons: Overheats, LOUD, heavy. First one died after 2 weeks.
I spent days talking with store employees at many stores that sell laptops in my area. They all had the same thing to say: HP laptops are the best right now. So I bought it. Now you have to understand, that even though this is the ze4400 series, there ...
Pros: Very reasonable price, good performance, plenty of available features Cons: Quality, Noisy, Battery life
This has been a pretty reliable laptop for almost two years now. I had one real problem with it. About 6 months ago after I upgraded the memory - I don't think I caused it, but I found a loose screw inside the unit caused the power to randomly go out. I ...
Pros: nice blue lights and easily accessible control button Cons: overheats, runs slow, shuts down without warning
I didn't actually buy this computer, but it was given to me by my daddy a couple of months after he bought it. By the time I got it, the touch-pad no longer allowed me to tap and select items-after only a few months! The model I have also does not ...
Pros: This is an EXCELLENT notebook that gives you a LOT for a good price. Cons: It runs a bit hot, battery could be better.
I bought my ze4400 NEW on Ebay for around $700 when it was selling for over $1200 and it's a GREAT notebook! I know there are some negative reviews on here, but it all depends on the specs...there are some that have Celeron processors and those suck! ...

Pros: Nice screen. Quite a few features for the price. Cons: Runs hot, not very reliable, quite heavy
I bought one of these less than 2 years ago and I was reasonably satisfied with it until it upped and died on me last month. It did tend to run quite hot and sometimes was a little jerky when playing DVDs. The main problem is the overall reliability...
When I called Tech Support at HP, I was told it would cost me $40 to even speak to a technician on the phone as my warranty had expired. After a few rounds of email support (luckily I had my old computer, I don't know how someone with only one computer would get through that process) I was eventually referred to Radio Shack's Service center (one of their approved service centers) which was the worst service I have ever received (after 3 weeks they sent it back unrepaired in spite of the fact that I approved the estimate 3 times)
Pros:Wireless Internet, Easy to use, Cons: Runs warm, Fan noise, Cheap OEM Memmory
Bought this machine from Dealtree for $250.00 in late 2007. I had to replace Memmory right away because it would not boot. Dealtree sent me an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) but I was pretty sure it was a memmory issue so bought 1Gig Corsair Memmoy and voila, it was up and running and has been running almost 24/7 for a year with no malfunctions. Runs warm but the Dual stage fan keeps it cool enough (has never overheated, even on my lap/bedspread). It came with wireless LAN, 1Gb RAM, 40 Gig HD, 2.0Mhz AMD Athlon Processor 2600+, Windows XP Pro
