Pros: quiet operation.
Cons: cost and run time, but I think most sales people underestimate run times.
The photo and description look like the Kenmore Elite I bought at Sear's Great Indoors store, although the owner's manual that came with mine is for models 630.1630/630.1730 I wanted a very quiet dishwasher. At Loew's there were no decibel ratings ...

Best dishwasher ever!

Pros: Quiet, Quiet and Quiet. Cleans well too
Cons: None
Purchased a year ago and have never had any issues with it. Absolutely quiet! Hard to even know it's running. Cleans well, but we're not stupid and don't put dishes in that are still covered with food.
