Pros: Smacking the crap out Terrell Owens Cons: Kurt Warner ain't no streetballin' thug, yo
Back in 2001, when the PlayStation 2 was still in its infancy and not yet hitting its stride, EA Sports Big released NBA Street, to rave reviews and gave a rebirth of sorts to the dormant arcade basketball genre once owned by NBA Jam. The eventual sequel ...
Pros: online play, legends, awesome tricks, the ultimate football arcade experience, great licensed songs Cons: only three modes of play, no GameBreaker Level 2, CPU can become non-challenging
NFL Street was one of the games that I've been looking forward to ever since I first heard about it. N

Street Volume 2 was one of my favorite sports games of all time; therefore I knew that a football game based on ...
Pros: Easy to learn, lots of fun, hard to master Cons: Cartoonish and too silly for hardcore NFL fans.
It seems to me that every Playstation 2 console ever made has had a version of Madden Football fed into it at some point in time. Madden is all the rage among us NFL fans and it has moved closer and closer to mirror exactly what's seen on the field with ...
Pros: - integral style performance system.
- fun, football multiplayer experience! Cons: - only for true football fans.
- the audio/control have a lot to be desired.
Introduction: This was bound to happen. After the hit success of NBA Street Volume 2, it's not wonder that EA decided to make a no rules, jam packed arcade football game. However, this game had a lot of potential, but falls short of what I ...
Pros: Fun, high energy, online capable, need I say more? :) Enjoy!! Cons: Nothing. No cons at all.
Summary: I LOVE THIS GAME!!!! It puts an unusual spin on the old style football game, ESPECIALLY when you play it online. Game Play: It has 3 different categories of plays during the game....Run, Pass and Trick plays on offense, and a few different ...
Pros: realism, grafics, and all the teams. Cons: sound track, minor glitches, and thats it
this is an awesome no rules game. with all of the nfl player and teams, this game is (dare i say it) better than nba street 2. now it does have its cons but not too many. the pros of this game are that the players are just plain awesome looking, all ...
Pros: Great sound and graphics Cons: Fun at first, but once you play more it loses its game play.
When I first hear of NFL street, I thought it was going to be a ridiculously dumb game. The though of it just sounded stupid. But then I got my hands on some actual info. All the different types of game play, players, music, and levels dragged me into buying it.
When I got the game I couldn't wait to play it. I popped it in to my X-BOX and started playing. It was pretty amazing. The game ran smoothly and it seemed like the game was not a new concept.
But as I began to play it more, it lost its touch. It began to get frustrating and annoying. The game play was repetitive and most of the time too unrealistic. The graphics stayed the same and the music was still pretty good. The only problem was I didn't want to play because all in all it just wasn't fun.
So in other words, don't buy it! It may seem to be fun at first but once you start playing it more it just gets frustrating and makes you want to throw the controller out the window.
Pros: Legends, Online game play. Cons: NFL Challenge is way to hard.
This game is very hard. If you are looking for a new football game for the PS2 get NFL Blitz Pro. Its better than NFL Street. I think EA released this game to fast. The computer will know your play if you choose it more than once, so don't choose the same play over and over again. I think this game is only for worth renting!
Pros: The tackling's one thing that is good....and T.O's tha best activeWR.....next to Moss. Cons: boring game; i wouldnt play this game if someone puts a gun to my head.
not the type of game that you will want to play everyday. I love the idea of bringing football into the mix of street games, but this one just didn't hit the spot. Considering NBA Street volume 2, this was a dissapointment to me.
p.s. I would wait for MLB street or MLS soccer street.........lol.
