Pros: Easy to use. Resulting will is legally sound.
Cons: Awkward to print legal manual
My wife & I recently had our first child, so I decided I should make a will. Quicken Willmaker Plus 2004 has a terrific legal help manual that succinctly covers the major issues for writing a will and creating a trust. The software for writing the will was very straight-forward & really guided me through the process. For me & for most people, this program is all you need to write a will. The software points out its own limitations & recommends using a lawyer for certain complex situations.

The Wall Street Journal just reviewed 5 software packages for writing a will. Quicken was the easy winner.
