Unbelievable color and clarity. Perfect digital quality. These TFT LCDs from Samsung provide images that are completely distortion free. Check stocks. Watch surgical procedures. Create extensive spreadsheets. Develop layered graphics. When you live in a Samsung world, there's no limit to what you can accomplish.

Pros: Excellent value, build quality, monitor abilities.
Cons: Sound is poor, built in tuner is very poor.

Not the best LCD TV, however some key things to remember, response time is a big deal for LCD TVs the 710MP has a 12 ms time which isn't bad compared to more expensive displays. Sound is pretty dreadful! Wall mountable and build quality isn't bad. Built in tuner is terrible but using a digital tv signal via scart or svhs improves quality hugely! The analogue tuner will be obsolete in a few years anyway.

No component or HDMI but what do you expect from a £200 tv, lets be reasonable! For that money you can't expect the best instead you get a smart budget tv/monitor- great space saver.

This makes a pretty good PC monitor.

Ideal for bedroom tv or for kids tv/monitor!

I bought Sync master 710M model for home use purpose. My use of the pc is bare minimum i.e. hardly 1 to 2 hrs on Sunday or on holiday. Within 6 months monitor display gone (message came in rectangle not optimum mode. recommended is
1280x1024 (60Hz))& this rectangle moving on the screen. Setting was correct was correct. The same was repaired by Samsung service center. Again within less than 5 months monitor display gone i.e. after startup it went black. This also with above usage. (Total working hours not more than 100 hrs)
The same problem persists with my friend’s monitor (we have bought above model on same date). I think there is technical problem with above model. I recommend not to buy above model
